Our bonding work extends beyond SOI to silicon on glass, sapphire and quartz, and to III-V, GaN and PZT on silicon, made possible by a proprietary low-temperature anneal whose bond strength matches a high-temperature anneal. Alongside our own products we offer wafer foundry services, from single process steps to prototype runs.
