Orders and quotations
Prices listed online are per wafer for the stated lot and are subject to availability. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted only when we send a written confirmation.
Specifications
Inventory lots are sold to the specification listed for the lot. Custom products are built to the specification agreed in the order confirmation, within the stated tolerances.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on the confirmation: by credit card payment link, wire transfer, or on approved net terms against a purchase order.
Title and risk
Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty and liability
We warrant that products conform to the confirmed specification at the time of shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming product or a refund of its purchase price.
Export
Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable export control laws when re-exporting products.
