Order confirmation
Orders placed online are requests until we confirm them. We check each lot against inventory, price any quoted lines, and send a confirmation with freight, lead time and payment instructions before anything ships.
Shipping
- In-stock wafers ship from Sunnyvale, California. Lead time for each lot is confirmed with your order.
- Freight is quoted at cost for the method you choose: ground, 2-day, overnight or international priority. You may also ship on your own carrier account, or arrange will-call pickup.
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and export documentation, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Wafers are packed in wafer cassettes or single-wafer containers suited to the quantity and size, sealed and cushioned for transit. Tell us at checkout if you need a specific container.
Returns
- Report damage, defects or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order reference.
- Unopened stock wafers may be returned within 30 days with a return authorization. Custom-built wafers are not returnable unless they do not meet the agreed specification.
